 1. Damaged in Transit: If you receive a premium garage door that has been damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage for our records. 
 2. Incorrectly Installed due to Our Mistake: In the rare event that a premium garage door is incorrectly installed due to our mistake, we will take full responsibility for the error. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of installation and provide details of the issue. We will work with you to rectify the situation promptly, either by providing a replacement or arranging for a qualified technician to correctly install the door. 
 3. Customer Error or Incorrect Installation: Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds for premium garage doors that have been incorrectly installed by the customer or a third-party installer. It is essential to ensure that the installation is carried out by a qualified professional to avoid any issues. We recommend referring to the installation manual provided with the product or consulting with our customer support team for guidance. 
 4. Product Defects or Manufacturing Issues: If you believe that the premium garage door has a manufacturing defect or a quality issue, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchase. We may request evidence such as photographs or videos to assess the problem.
 If the defect is confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a refund as per our discretion. Please note the following general conditions for all returns:
 - All returns must be authorized by our customer support team before any action is taken. 
- The premium garage door must be returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. 
- The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item, except in cases of transit damage or our mistake during installation. - Refunds, replacements, or repairs will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once the returned item is received and inspected.
