How To Clone Your Existing Remote
Step 1 – Clear The New Remote
Before programming, clear any existing codes from the new remote.
- Press and hold buttons A + B together.
- After approximately 5-10 seconds the LED will begin flashing rapidly.
- Release both buttons.
- The remote memory is now cleared.
Step 2 – Copy Your Existing Remote
- Hold the original remote and the new remote side-by-side, touching if possible.
- Press and hold the button on the original remote you wish to copy.
- At the same time, press and hold the corresponding button on the new remote.
- Continue holding both buttons until the LED on the new remote changes from a slow flash to a rapid flash.
- Release both buttons.
- The code has now been successfully copied.
Repeat this process for any additional buttons.
Step 3 – Test The Remote
Stand near your garage door, gate or device and test the newly programmed button.
If the remote operates the device correctly, programming is complete.
Restore Accidentally Deleted Codes
If you accidentally clear the remote:
- Press and hold buttons C + D together.
- Hold for approximately 5 seconds.
- The LED will flash several times.
- Previously copied codes may be restored.
Important
This remote can only copy compatible 433MHz fixed-code remotes.
It is not compatible with most modern rolling-code garage door systems.
